Acceptance and eligibility

By using our online services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into an agreement. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Bookings and event agreements

Website requests are inquiries and do not create a confirmed booking. Event scope, pricing, payment schedules, cancellation terms, venue requirements, and other obligations are established in the applicable proposal, invoice, or written event agreement. If a specific event agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the event agreement controls for that booking.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Keep account credentials confidential and notify LVE of suspected unauthorized access.
• Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, or misuse another person's information.
• Do not use LVE content, systems, branding, or integrations for unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

Content and intellectual property

LVE's website design, branding, text, graphics, software, and original materials are owned by or licensed to LVE. You retain rights to content you submit and grant LVE permission to use it as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services. You are responsible for having permission to submit that content.

Third-party services

Some features depend on third-party platforms, including payment, mapping, email, authentication, database, and social media services. Their availability and separate terms may affect those features. LVE is not responsible for third-party systems outside our control.

Service availability and liability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue online features when reasonably necessary. The online services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, LVE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or online tools.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions can be submitted through our contact page.
